Who knows what groundhog in Usa and Canada proclaim? Is winter still lasting or not?
in Italy we do have "hen blackbird days" at the end of January: if the weather is beautiful, winter is going to last; on the contrary, if the last days of Janyary weather is bad, winter is going to finish soon.
In Canada and in Usa if groundhog sees her shadow becuase there is no cloud, winter is going to last 6 weekes more, on the contrary, if groundhog can not see its shadow and comes back in its lair, spring is coming soon!!
Anyway, if spring is late, we are already celebrating with a fresh glass of our Rosè wine, as spring is in our souls! 😉
